The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from 299 vet. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours on business days.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳50,000 (Fifty Thousand BDT) per day
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment number
• Incomplete KYC verification may put your withdrawal on hold
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus
• Withdrawals may be suspended during an ongoing investigation into suspicious activity

299 vet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000)
• Withdrawing a bonus generally requires completing a 5x–10x wagering requirement
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — expired bonuses will be forfeited
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active
• Bonus abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, arranged bets) will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension
• Cashback bonuses may be withdrawn directly if stated in the applicable terms

The following rules must be followed when betting on 299 vet. They exist to ensure fair play and equal opportunity for all users.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299 vet. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing or deceiving other users
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18

299 vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus balance) can be withdrawn beforehand. To close your account, contact support@299vet.app.

• Step 2: If unresolved within 72 hours, the matter will be escalated to the senior team
• Step 3: If unresolved, the complaint may be escalated to the licensing authority
• Save screenshots and transaction reference numbers as evidence for any disputes
• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident

299 vet reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the following means:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly
• For major changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided
